Sterling Silver Bolo Tie by renowned Navajo jewelry artist and silversmith, Thomas Curtis.  Substantial sterling silver with very nice detail.  Bolo comes with a 48″ braided black leather tie with sterling silver tips.

Thomas Curtis, for many years, has had a reputation as one of the industry’s premier silversmiths.  His work has been known for skillful handcrafted precise silverwork in heavy-gauge silver that results in absolutely beautiful jewelry.  We have certainly enjoyed his artistry through the years, but unfortunately Mr. Curtis passed away in the summer of 2013.  Thomas Curtis came from a family of talented silversmiths; and it has been widely reported that he was very proud that his children will also carry on the traditions.  His daughter, Jennifer Curtis, is one of our favorite jewelry artists / silversmiths as well.
