Another beautiful creation by Russell Sanchez!  This gorgeous pottery plate combines both highly polished green and black, finely etched Avanyu, inset hei-shi beads (Russell only uses the finest hei-shi beads hand-made by the Calabaza family of Santo Domingo Pueblo), and an inset turquoise stone for the Avanyu’s eye.  One of the most talented, innovative, and respected pottery artists of today, Russell Sanchez has consistently been recognized with the most prestigious awards for over 20 years.  Amazing pottery!
